WebNov 27, 2024 · You could try another pci-e slot, that would rule out the slot, GPU and Boot leds would indicate it's a gpu issue, the boot light is on because you have no on-board gpu to fall back on, so it won't boot, there's no display. Worst case scenario, gpu is deceased. You could test it though on another system, maybe friends pc? Hope this helps
